Product Description

Lens prisms are often used to change the direction of light transmission, thereby controlling imaging accuracy, angle, and more. Sapphire material has the ability to transmit the full spectrum from ultraviolet to infrared, so the lens and prism products made of sapphire, in addition to longer life, can adapt to various spectrums, thereby reducing the use of optical glass and reducing the size of the instrument.

Spherical lens series: The spherical lens provides three structures of plane, concave and convex.

Cylindrical lens series: Cylindrical lenses are designed for applications that require one-dimensional shaping of the light source. They are available in flat-concave and flat-convex configurations, which are used to diverging or converging beams, respectively. Typically used to focus incoming light onto a line, or to change the aspect ratio of an image. Cylindrical mirrors have a cylindrical surface that enables incoming light rays to be focused in a certain dimension and stretch the image. Cylindrical lenses can have negative or positive focal lengths and are suitable for laser line generation or anamorphic beam shaping to circularize the laser output.

Prism series: Prisms can be used to bend light at a specific angle. Prisms not only deflect light, they can also be used to orient the image. The design of the prism will be used to determine how it interacts with light. Prism types available include right angle prisms, equilateral prisms, roof prisms, Dove prisms, corner pyramids, pentagonal prisms, and wedge prisms.
