Product Information
Window is a parallel flat plate usually used as a protective window for electronic sensors or environmental detectors. The window slice does not change the system magnification. The substrate materials include various optical glass, K9, ultraviolet fused quartz, infrared fused quartz, calcium fluoride (CaF2), magnesium fluoride (MgF2), zinc selenide (ZnSe), germanium (Ge), silicon (Si) and other crystal materials, and provide anti-reflection film, high reflection film, spectroscopic film, metal film and other optical coating. Broad band anti-reflection membrane can be used in ultraviolet, visible, near infrared and middle infrared bands.
Sapphire window is a plane polishing product based on the processing of single crystal sapphire.
Sapphire has a full spectrum from 0.2-4 microns through the ability, in general optical applications, without coating treatment can meet the basic needs of customers. Our products can also be according to customer requirements for coating and heat treatment, in order to meet the special needs of customers.
Product appearance is divided into: round, rectangular, step shape and a variety of machined shape.
Product size range: diameter (maximum diagonal) 10-500mm, thickness 0.3-100mm.
Product polishing finish: 80/50, 60/40, 40/20, 20/10, 10/5 optional (American standard).
Surface flatness: up to 1/10 lambda.
